My MIL made the best brain patties.
Soak brains in teaspoon keens dry mustard and milk and soak overnight.. Recipe from my mother... Only way I cook them.... Lots of us oldies would know this way

Our mum used to soak them and then we got to clean off the membranes-dipped in egg and rolled in breadcrumbs-not a dumb one amongst us 6 kids😥💃
